I'm Pita, and my yoga journey began in 2001--an era of transformation that rooted me deeply into my body, mind and spirit in ways I never imagined possible. Yoga became more than a practice; it became a lifeline, especially through life's biggest transitions. I completed my RYT-200 and have been sharing the blessings of yoga since 2015. In August 2019, I completed a 50-hour yin yoga training to deepen my understanding of stillness and surrender. Most recently, in July 2025, I earned my E-RYT 200 and became a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YAECP).
Over the years, I've embraced the dance between strength and softness, learning to guide students through both challenge and restoration. My teaching style is rooted in spiritual connection, creative sequencing, and a touch of playful inspiration. Whether you're in one of my energetic flows or a quiet nourishing yin class, my goal is always the same: to help you return to yourself--feeling balanced, refreshed, and empowered.
As someone who's moved through perimenopause, heartbreak and life's reinventions, I infuse my teaching with lived wisdom and heartfelt authenticity. I believe yoga is more than just movement--it's a bridge that unites the body, mind and soul.
